9/12/08 $5,000 Reward Issued For DMX Arrest

As we previously reported, DMX missed a court date in Arizona and an arrest warrant was issued for the rapper. Now the Maricopa County Sheriff's office is offering a $5,000 reward for any information that may lead to the arrest of DMX. It was reported that X was in a rehab facility but his lawyer seems to not know telling XXL “I haven’t confirmed it but he’s allegedly in rehab, allegedly he’s been in there since December 1, so take that for what it’s worth, I haven’t spoken to anyone from the rehab [facility].”

If DMX is ever apprehended, the judge ordered that he will have to post a $120,000 bond. DMX has had many problems with the law over the last year and it seems 2009 wont be any different.
